Life Coaching is a partnership where we work together one-on-one to move you from where you are now to where you want to be. As you grow and change, it’s normal to feel stuck from time to time. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COACH AND A THERAPIST?

Therapists help clients process unresolved trauma and past life events that are hindering their ability to move forward toward future goals. Coaches focus on solutions. They meet their clients where they are, define goals, and help them create the right mindset and action steps to move forward. In a sense, therapy deals more with the past while coaching deals more with the future.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A COACHING SESSION?

The client chooses an empowering focus for the session, then the client and coach have a conversation. The coach creates a safe space through active listening, reflecting, and inclusion for the client to feel comfortable sharing authentically. The coach collaborates in the coaching process from a place of shared vulnerability and transparency, building trust and connection to move the client forward.
